The strategy is normally seen as a plan to reach a certain target by calculating all factors that are able to influence the own actions on the way to this target.
Concerning companies we often hear of strategies (marketing-strategies, development-strategies, ... ), but that aren't really the strategies this report deals with. The strategy I want to talk about in this project is the company-strategy - the plan to reach the highest target a company sees for itself.
Such a target could be a certain share of the market or a certain Return-on-Investment (ROI).
So we first of all have to pose the question wether we talk about a strategy or a method to correspond this targets.
